    LOL, poor Warrick.

And that creepy smile given by ‘Dorothy” does nothing to put me at ease. Neither does the comments by the other faces. Be wary, Emma…

Yeah, ok… creepy smile does absolutely nothing to reassure us whatsoever. And neither do the faces’ comments.

And i giggled at the head bonk :D

……Im still a bit skeptical about the “dorothy” being what she says…..is that lady with the hundreds of young faces in this story too?

Hmm… I wonder if the other faces are people the ghost has eaten…

    Poor Warrick.

Yeah, I think this last panel tells us what’s going on. “Ghost” either is, or is of the same kind as, the witch-monster that Ozma absorbed. It has entered the spirit realm of Oz through its most central medium, and instead of moving on, has found and consumed the mortal souls — the Dorothies — which Ozma had unfortunately bound to Oz rather than letting them go… elsewhere. The backstory makes it clear that Ozma’s behavior with the Dorothies was somewhere close to the obsessive and the loss kept breaking her farther; she knew what was happening was wrong but couldn’t or wouldn’t stop it. That is a flaw in Oz, and I think ghost-witch is exploiting it like a hacker.

Aaand the ghost was indeed messing with her. I fear Emma WILL do what she wants her to do sooner or later.

I find the color choices interesting. A blue shift on this side, a red shift on the ‘ghost’ side.

And I have a feeling that when Emma takes the sword, the results will not be what some are expecting.

Now what will pulling the sword out really do?

Huh . . . I wonder why Chiseri didn’t think to “scout ahead and make sure Jinjur’s ok” EARLIER?

Well, Warrick And Chiseri DID scout ahead earlier looking for them but evidently didn’t find them. So they tried.

Anyone else get the feeling that “Dorothy” and the closet-monster are one and the same?

That seems more than likely to me.

So sending Emma back to Oz is a mean thing to do?
    That’s quite frightening…

I’d say that priming Emma to pull the sword from the tree is a mean thing to do.
Hmmm…”Mean” but not horrible or fatal or cataclysmic.

    Hello!
First- *Wonderful* comic! I can’t remember the last time I powered through one in a single go like this (Just started it last night!). Really excited to continue.

Second- I see I’m not the first one to call attention, but I’ve gotta ask: When will the 4 missing pages be going back up?

    Keep up the beautiful work!
