I know, it’s such a badass pose, and then you realize she spent the last several days as a purse just to get her brother to apologize to her. I mean, at least that’s better than shoes, but still…

Seriously Selva, I love the dramatic entrance. Even under this harrowing circumstance, nothing is better than a dramatic entrance to make you giggle and cheer. Also, are those tampons I spy?
Selva is surrounded by all the stuff Emma put in the bag-version of her : so shoes, a notebook, wallet and tampons.
As for the t-shirt I want it too.
Selva in the last panel is perfection.

Selva still look all evil and scary in the last panel, but now that everyone else has mentioned it, I wanna a t-shirt of that as well. *lol*

Never saw the melting doll bit, but I’m pretty sure that’s a big contributing factor for everything (must have happened when they were still little sometime).
Great face Emma gives there, too. (thinking ‘Nice Warrick, real nice.’)
And I bet Selva is really going to milk this for all it’s worth with her free now, isn’t it? Just have to wait 3 days to find out . . . Meanwhile Warrick sure looks in dread.

Oh man – I enjoy that last panel with all the random stuff flying around. It makes the entrance just a bit more humble.
Selva is a great character, one of many in this series but I particularly like her.
Dramatic hair blowing, smoke, random stuff everywhere. Selva sure does know how to make an entrance. Not to mention the pose. XD

I imagine there was a fair amount of “I can’t believe I got hit by my own spell” embarrassment, too.

I wonder how she’s going to act now… Will she just turn everyone into purses, since she can? Or is she going to help them? Will she be nice towards Emma and the others?

Heh, I don’t think L Frank Baum ever really broached the subject of feminine hygiene products in the original books.

Excellent last panel there, Isa. I agree with it needing to be a T-Shirt. I’d buy one. And I have a feeling Selva is gonna make sure Warrick never lives this down for a long, long time.
And if I were Emma, I think I’d be a little embarassed to have my tampons flying out all over the place. But maybe that’s just me.
Man, that severed heart thing really jacked up the stakes for sibling rivalry. Most kids just hold toys hostage, Selva let other people hold her brother hostage. While sitting as a silent purse. Out of spite.

For some reason I find myself sharing Warrick’s expression on the last panel. She might say that, but she doesn’t look very friendly.
I might be wrong but her character model looks eerily like Emma.
Poor Warrick! He may get out of the ropes, but he is tied up tighter than ever.
Selva kept quiet to win big in brother-sister warfare. She should tone down the visible smugness just a bit. Too much smugness creates resentment, and toning it down will also have the advantage of confusing Warrick even more. I think that that is something she can get behind.
Evil Isameg: How many brothers did the each of you have? And how many survived childhood with you?

(Question that DOES occur to me…. I can understand her not doing it while sulking around Warrick, but given her attitude and pique confronting Emma, why the hell didn’t she just change right back and finish what she started?)
A valid question; I personally blame it on shock. Emma saved her life shortly afterwards, which must have had SOME kind of an effect on her.
Err, I mean the shock of her own magic used against her, not the shock of Emma saving her life. XD
