Hahaha… I LOVE her expression in the last panel. And the white witch looks kinda like Fern, from the Nanny.
“Well nothing adds up…but we’re SURE you’re her!” After just two minutes of that, she looks like she needs something good drink.
The hair fits, and most importantly the Nuked Evil Witch Upon Arrival fits. That probably trumps everything else.
Also, love the reference to Billina.

If she had a Chocobo, that whole thing with the Wicked Witch might have gone down differently.
