And poor Emma! She keeps fainting and waking up in strange places. She really should see someone about that.

My favourite Emma panel from this page is the bottom left … while the bottom right looks like somebody else’s drawing (style). But Emma CLEARLY has some CONCERNS in that last panel (which I won’t get into).
Those blue remains in the following panels after Emma’s woken up . . . I wonder if she can see them and if they are representing the still-sleepy-state even when you’ve woken up?
That mask will pay off Much LATER into/for the story, I’m sure.

Everything looks so snowy in bottom-left. That mask is quite interesting, it’s obviously going to play a role from now on whenever she’s in her inner realm; I wonder what it’s effects are though. It could be to hide her from Calliope, or the Rippers, or even from her own masks. All I know is that the moment it went on, her eyes did not turn the glowing blue I was expecting (too early for this?) but her irises did, which carried through into the waking world only as long as the dimensional-transport-bubbles surrounded her; but this is different from the ‘blue eyes’ that we’re used to from Emma. hmm~
And Wow!, Nose is creepy. “Perfect, just as you should be.” : | (or, at least that’s how I read it.)

So many bad implications on this page. The mask is being done against her will with no explanations or request to cooperate. Then we go from a dream “bad touch” to waking up in a hotel room she has no idea how she ended up in? Regardless of (probably) good intentions on Nose’s part, his choice of actions have been skeevy, and if that was actually him in that dream… wow, time to meet the sword up close, pointy end first. Cute doesn’t get you THAT much leniency.
And Happy Birthday Megs! I seem to have missed that.

Emma is not used to waking up in strange hotel rooms. However, if she had woken up in Oz… Well, I for one would have jumped for joy. Speaking of, we haven’t seen the Ozites for a while. Are you girls going to show us what’s happening there, or will you just leave us hanging, as suits you cruel nature?
