Ha! As much of a Babylon 5 as I am, it didn’t occur to me it mirrored that scene. It’s been awhile since I’ve watched season 3 of Babylon 5. Time for a marathon!
Never saw that…I just extrapolated from my RPG Rules-lawyering experience…I still remember the time when (in first edition AD&D) we did the math and combined a feather-fall and a push spell to create what amounted to a magical mass driver-cannon.

Hercilia should be able to set off a series of small fireballs just underneath the bottoms of the shoes and work like a pair of rocket boots.
