An unexpected return
on August 25, 2012 at 12:00 amA few months ago, we were invited to join the awesome folks at Hiveworks. They’ve been great. We’re starting to see ad revenue come in, they’re going to be redesigning the site over the weekend and cleaning it up, and … we have a forum! Isa and I had been talking about doing one for awhile, and thanks to Hiveworks and its new affiliation with the amazing creators at Pixie Trix Comix, they did the hard part for us!
Comments will always be turned on here, so feel free to express yourself in both places. Also, have you seen the new ads? Isa posted a preview on her Tumblr. I believe fans of a certain ship will be pretty pleased … We’ll be posting those over in the forum this weekend.
Pardon the dust as the site is rearranged, and please give your feedback!

Hey! dunno if you know, but the site is a little screwy on chrome. You might wanna check it out.
They’re currently implementing the changes, so it’s going to look screwy for all of us for the next few hours.
Yay they’re back in the city, I knew it wasn’t time for Emma to go home yet! Hope Warrick gets to go back with her.
It seems like something happened in between this update and the last one of screen, or is it just me? I mean, unless Emma got her wound (heal her, Warrick!!) during the battle with the black creature and we just didn’t see it until now.
It’s possible since Warrick got his face scratched, but considering how well that dimension agrees with Emma…who knows.
When Emma travels into the other dimension, she can’t remember it. I wonder if Warrick can. What about Hercilia?. Could they have had an adventure in the time they were gone? I like the Tolkeinesque title.
I love Emma, she starts the arc believing this to be a nightmare, now she’s still worried about protecting everyone while passing out dramatically.
Also, I like the redesign so far! The layout is nice and familiar but with some nice visual touch ups? I’m scrambling off to the forum now.
Actually, I think she’s wondering what happened to her own protection in this moment, rather than everyone else. Remember how she was telling herself “don’t panic, you’re protected, remember” earlier? Not able to find the link right now, though.
http://www.namesakecomic.com/comic/here-goes/ Ah, I think your right, it does pull those couple of panels together. :/ While the protection never prevented all damage, it does look like it was potentially moved into the sword…
I believe that she was hurt by the vines in passing, not by the black beast. Of course, I would like it if Emma could keep herself from getting wounded quite so much…
OTOH, this doesn’t seem to be a permanent solution and it doesn’t locate Ozma (unless… Ozma is in the black beast.)
I think it’s already been indicated that Ozma was in the vines. I’m just surprised no one has commented on the hand in the bottom left corner of this page. Is Ozma back?
That’s Renge, see the broken handcuff?
That’s nothing Warrick can’t heal… I think.
Oh, and by the way:

Selva hugging Warrick is so sweet. But Emma! How did that happen?
As when my tabletop RPG character got shot through the gut with a heavy blaster… If you’re gonna get shot through the gut, get shot rescuing the most powerful psi healer in the sector. Or, in this case, if you’re gonna get sliced up by Friendly Vine-fire, make sure you’re with the most powerful magic-healer in OZ!
Guess we should be glad that magic teleporting water doesn’t hurt Warrick huh?
No! Emma!!
I just saw the new ads, I just have one thing to say. Please let them be not false advertizements!
I meant to say “Please don’t let them be false advertizements!” honestly
