I’m curious how else he’d been useless. Was it because he was not selected as Ozma’s caretaker? That he wasn’t there to keep Ozma from disappearing? Or was it something… else?
Gut feeling here: he loves Ozma. And not in a fraternal fashion. Thus with her disappearance, he feels like he let Ozma down. And what’s worse, he feels it is his responsibility.
Alas, I cannot see your name without thinking of Conan (yes, I know, wrong middle initial). And in THIS context that’s … different. The new Oz book: CONAN in OZ…
how is it that the two of you impress me with every page!?! XD
I have always wanted to do a story about stories, and as much as i told myself not to look for stuff like this, i accidentally found this and became hooked!
That’s what you get out of good storytelling, and you guys are great storytellers!
Re-reading this later, Warrick has a pretty damned good handle on what’s up. I expected him to be more outwardly wrong on things. Clever little fellow.
LOL! Roar! Can we say pushed buttons? XD Loving his range of emotion throughout the panels as he gets more irate *snicker* He’s too cute
I see someone has ISSUES.
(nit: you misspelled “munchkinlander” in the last panel)
Thanks! Fixed it. I knew something looked off, but I attributed it to being doped up on cold meds. ^_~
Awww, poor Warrick.
Awww. Poor lil’ green warlock.
In panel 3 and 5 he is TOTALLY like Nuada (hellboy II) yelling at the humans at the auction. I like that.
Oh, I loved all the creatures int hat movie!
LOL Is it wrong I find Warrick’s pout to be adorable? XD
no indeed!!
I find it funny that a flying gumdrop is dictating what a warlock should be doing. lol
P.S.
Great comic so far!
Many thanks!

Intriguing character analysis!

Mehehe, his face in the second panel is amazing.
I know. I love it.
I LOVE him!!!! X3
Hahaha, I figured you would!
Warric’s face in the second panel? Pure win.
Hahaha! Thanks, it was by far my favorite to draw!
What happened te last time he felt useless I wonder?
Very bad things.
Warrick has such a wonderful range of emotions on the last two pages, it’s been awesome to see!
Yeah, I think all the readers are used to Emma, who is rather quiet and now you get Warrick who’s all over the place. Must feel different.

YES! Hit him where it hurts — in the ego. >:)
Seems the poor boy doesn’t know what he’s doing…but do I detect a tortured past? Hmm…
