Presumably the traditional choice would be a house. Of course you have to somehow raise the house to a great height first, which would be tricky without a cyclone to hand.

Probably the sound of people in flight. The moving air and such will make them sound different.

I cast several Hold Portal spells. and then that obscure high level spell that really does a number.

However, I don’t know if it’s just my computer, but this page seems pixelated. I’ve refreshed the page several times because I thought maybe it didn’t load right or something, but it still looks the same.
