Elaine at the end is referring to the BBC Proms, a massive symphonic event that goes on for eight weeks each summer in London with loads of different types of classical music concerts. Ironically, the year that they're there, the second of the "Doctor Who" proms took place (summer 2010). Ben would love to see that along with Elaine!
